Project LeadersFive project leaders form The DeBor Project. Each person is just as important as the next, regardless of if you see them or not. One of our strengths is that we are not strangers pulled together to work together. We are all friends, having known each other for over 10 years. Because of that, we are constantly pushing ourselves and each other to not only be the best, but bring that to our audience.Jonathan - The year 2003 marks Jonathan's 21st year in the magical arts. Working professionally for over 10 years, Jonathan brings to the project his knowledge of magic and illusion. His performances have taken him though the tri-state area and along the east coast. He has worked for clients such as AOL/Time Warner, United Way, and the Pittsburgh Pirates. His private bookings have showcased him in literally hundreds of homes, events, and gathering halls. Nicole - Joining Jonathan onstage is his partner Nicole. Nicole has an extensive background in both dance and music. Nicole is responsible for the choreography of each illusion sequence from beginning to end. Each movement is planned and each step is timed. Dan - Where does magic begin? It starts with an idea. Joining the project as primary magical consultant and stage manager, Dan works extensively on the illusions long before an audience sees them. Utilizing an advanced film making technique, Dan will "storyboard" each illusion sequence. Then, working with the rest of the team, we bring the storyboard to life, one movement at a time. Lynn Ann - From promotions to sales, Lynn Ann is the administrative backbone for the project. When arriving at an event, Lynn Ann is the liaison between The DeBor Project and the client. Seeing that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly is the key to everything onstage running smoothly. John - If you build it, they will come...once an idea is created, John leads the design team and constructs the illusions. An expert craftsman, each piece is built with skill and precision. In addition, John works backstage during each show, to insure smooth transitions throughout the show. |
